Resolve opens and goes to the location you saved. pick project A and resolve opens up and goes to the location you saved. Now when you launch Resolve you get your project manager box. Then in project B you have completely different sizing and locations and such. once you capture those program locations your set. so fo example project A is set for half screen sizing and on the other side you have maybe some plugins running so you can see them without covering up your Resolve workspace. it puts them in their place once you launch the program you have captured the locations and sizing for.īut for some reason in Resolve it doesn't do it globally but by project which is sort of cool in a way.

there holding onto the legacy stuff hard !!!!īut in the mean time you can use WindowManager to set and keep desktop locations and sizing of program windows that are open on the desktop. I was hoping that they would change that behavior in 17 but sadly not yet. it's just as bad as no moveable panels inside the Resolve UI itself. Yeah Resolve has been this way forever and its frustrating when you wnat to have everything in it's place on your desktop to make your workflow easy.
